At home in the world
AFIAA Investment Foundation was founded in 2004 and has its registered offices in Zurich (Switzerland). It is subject to Swiss law on the basis of the Federal Law on Employee Pension Funds (BVG) and is supervised by the Federal Occupational Pension Supervisory Commission.
AFIAA Investment Foundation is a centre of competence for international real estate investments. Through investment in AFIAA, Swiss pension funds have the opportunity to extend and diversify their real estate portfolios by adding direct and indirect international property investments.
