Compliance with the strategy
The investment strategy determined by the pension fund is implemented by Avadis together with the asset managers employed. In order to ensure that the investment strategy is adhered to at all times, Avadis reduces the weighting per investment group to the agreed strategy quotas through purchases and sales of investments (rebalancing) as soon as they fall outside the bandwidths defined by the Pension Fund Board of Trustees.
Currency Management
By offering currency-hedged and non-hedged investments for equities and bonds, the pension fund has already built in hedging to meet its needs. It can therefore dispense with the use of a special currency overlay manager.
Liquidity Management
Avadis monitors the liquidity holdings necessary for the pension fund and, on behalf of the investor, pools the short-term investment assets in a money market fund from which all necessary payments can be made at any time.
