We manage real estate assets totalling around CHF 4.5 billion in the investment groups Swiss Residential Real Estate, Swiss Residential Real Estate Regional Centres and Swiss Commercial Real Estate. The high-quality portfolios are diversified across regions, types of use, age groups and lot sizes. Strategically, the focus is on long-term, stable earnings and value development.
Swiss Residential Real Estate
The actively managed investment group Swiss Residential Real Estate invests primarily in residential real estate in Switzerland. Mixed properties with a predominantly residential component are also permitted. The portfolio rental income resulting from the residential portion must be at least 75%. In addition to purchases, contributions in kind, sales and renovations, new construction projects are also selectively realised. The aim of the value chain is to achieve the highest possible return commensurate with the risk.
Swiss Residential Real Estate Regional Centres
More and more people are working from home, or from any chosen location, thanks to digitisation and improved logistics infrastructures. Increasingly, the winners will be attractive and more affordable residential areas beyond the big urban centres. Our Swiss Residential Real Estate Regional Centres investment group is focusing precisely on these developments and market trends. The investment strategy is tailored to Swiss employee benefits institutions, allowing them to invest in the tried and tested Swiss residential real estate asset class.
Swiss Commercial Real Estate
In this investment group, mixed properties with a predominantly commercial share and co-ownership interests are also permitted. The rental income of the portfolio resulting from the group of companies must be at least 75%. In addition to purchases, contributions in kind, sales and renovations, new construction projects are also carried out selectively. The aim of the value chain is to achieve the highest possible return in line with the risk.
